Ah yes, the old "snap out of it" answer to depression or anxiety or anything that isn't a broken bone or heart attack etc. If only we could tell the premies "snap out of it" and they would suddenly realize that Rawat is a fraud and a con artist!I do understand what you mean by that though. And if that is what you think I was saying, then no wonder you reacted!
I belong to a lot of different message boards too, but most of mine are horse related. I can't tell you how many different methods there are for training horses - just like with home birth vs hospital birth -- and everyone is sure that their method is the only method! I usually read it all, and the then try a combination of things that work for me and my horses. And "snap out of it" doesn't work for my horses either! LOL
Anyway, glad no lasting harm was done between us!
