I think it's a typo.  I think Rawat is saying "Raven," as in the black bird.  I may be wrong, but that's what I thought he meant by saying that.

If he is referring to the raven then it would be enormously ironic because Jim Jones referred to himself as the Raven, in part because of his black hair.

"I come with the black hair of a raven.  I come as God Socialist!"  Jim Jones.

There's a whole book about Jones called "The Raven."
