One of rowatt's former gardeners in reigate told me as far back as 1979 that he often found rowatt drunk with sampuranand and cleared out a crate(yes a crate) of Red Label Johnnie Walker. Of course at the time, we premies just KNEW that he had some superior purpose in these acts and just kept on sending him loadsof dosh. The man is a bully and a coward.
