San, just because we have been through similar experiences in the cult, that doesn't mean that we all have the same grievances against Rawat. For example, I was not one of the children that Jagdeo abused, nor was I the pedestrian that was hit by Rawat's car. I have my own complaints against him personally and his Mahatma's but they are not something that would suit a "class action" legal suit against him. The idea of suing him is usually one of the first thing that new exes consider, but it is costly and time consuming, and many of us have other things (better things) to do with our time and money, especially since many of us have already wasted far too many years and far too much money while in the cult. If you want to do this yourself, just be careful - some premies will attack you personally and you might end up fighting for a long time.
