Hi Zonk

I can really relate to what you have said on this forum.  I very much recommend that you get referred again for more therapy.  People here can certainly give you a listening ear, but you need one-on-one specialist help to recover from the bad feelings you are having.

I don't know which country you live in (did you say?) but one place you could take a look at is the Cult InformationCentre.  They have a website at http://www.cultinformation.org.uk/home.html

These people are based in the UK and if you are also in the UK you can ring them up and ask for help.  They should be able to take it from there and recommend someone that understands cults and particularly how to recover from having been in a cult.

Their telephone number is on their website (at the top on the home page).

If you are not in the UK then there are several places you can initially go and find some more information.  If you go to the following page there are some recommended places you can go to.

good luck, there are specialists out there that will be able to help, you just need to ask again.

And another thing, if you are on any sort of prescribed medication (maybe you are not?) then I urge you to NOT stop taking that medication.
