That's a lot of questions Zonk - perhaps you should just concentrate on one "what do I need to do to feel well ?"
I'm puzzled as to why you would see a psycho (therapist ? analyst ? other ?) and also become involved in church (Christian ?) healing - there seems a strong possibility of conflict between the two.
For some people it seems likely that intense meditation may induce psychotic states but if you've had K for 30 years your current distress is as likely to be any cause that might affect anyone. What you might want to consider is that you've been living with a myth of being invulnerable because you were one of Rawat's 'chosen' - and now it turns out you are just as fragile as the rest of humanity. And that's a scary proposition.
By all means post here and ask whatever questions you want but resolution of psychological and emotional distress takes both time and effort. If your "psycho" isn't helping (particularly if they are not facilitating your addressing the cult stuff - you may (I emphasise MAY) need to consider finding a tharapist who has experience in dealing with cult exiting.
My advice is that however you try to find resolution - try to remember whatever it is that you are going through it is unlikely to be exceptional - millions of other humans are hurting like you and we each have to find a way to live with it. Honestly Rawat's special K isn't any big deal either in terms of doing 'good' or in doing 'harm' - no enlightemment and no rotten cabbages.
