Your post reads as though you have a story to tell about your disillusionment with Rawat and searching for peace with the techniques he offers. OK, first things first. 1. The techniques are simply yoga, good techniques if you are dying, or you want to start suspended animation. However, if you are a normal person, they are no answer to the problems we all experience living day to day in troubled times on a stressed planet.

We have all the answers to all our own turmoil. That is, we have the wit, the intelligence, the courage, the heart and the brains to sort out any problem. We do need to detach ourselves from our problems to see them clearly, so we can solve them.

But there never was any easy answer. Obviously that is one of the hooks that Rawat dangles. The big K is a universal panacea. He cleverly states that this was not what he meant, but in fact the whole package deal with Rawat and inner knowledge or the keys as they are now called, is a subtle message that he has the answers, and the techniques are part of the answer. Not so, unless you want to start shutting down your life.

So Zonk, peace really is about knowing who you are, that you are a wonderful human being with a whole wonderful bunch of human faculties, and that there is a wonderful day in a wonderful world out there to be explored by you.

I personally find that I have to get out into nature regularly or I cannot deal with the stress of living my life.

Why don't you elaborate further on your first post?
