The coding is fine. Of course, we don't know where the money really goes, but it does have the potential to be allocated correctly.

I think we should be more careful with such allegations. It's not the case that the more mud we throw, the more of it will stick. The more unfounded allegations, and the more spurious claims we make, the less any real evidence of malpractise stands out.
