Hi D,

Thanks for bringing your not so common story to this forum. We shared your same concerns and doubts.  When we allowed ourselves to question his motives WE HAD TO LEAVE him behind.

I know first hand, I participated with his organization Elan Vital and know well how the gig is done.  I can assure you he "works" in a very orchastrated environment, always focused in getting your whole attention to trap you under his "wings of deceit".

The archives of the forum do not lie.  The people close to him who after leaving him  posted here the truth using their real names do not lie.  What he does and who he really is can be said in many ways.

He is a false prophet. He lives a horrible life and CANNOT be taken seriously. He uses professional help to attract humans to listen to him:  It's simply, business today, as it ever was.

He is cruel, mean and a depicable guy.  He enjoys putting others down, as you can read real accounts of people who witnessed it. He killed a pedestrian, left the scene and later made a devotee go to jail for 20 years in his place.  He lies blaming his devotees for THE WORDS HE HIMSELF SAID in the past!  I could continue but you get my point. He is not good!  He cannot be good.

What you call CHARISMA is simply a well orchastrated, studied gig.

Be yourself and learn what you like and do not like and all will fit in place.  I am afraid you have already become "addcited" to what he has to say.  Please, reason.

I will tell you to be careful and that you stop watching videos for now, hopefully for ever, and as Jim adviced, read EPO, expecially what then Divine Light Mission's director Bob Mishler accounted to be true.  He later died with his family misteriously in a helicopter accident, after he gave that radio interview.

I can imagine how difficult it may seem looking at your parents and consider that they MAY really having an incredible experience, but they are not.  Brainwashing is like that.  It occurs so little by little and makes a person so far away of their human potential and become devotees.  What happens is that in the old days and not so old he told us if we ever leave, our lives would stink like a ton of rotten vegetable. Using the fear tactic he has programmed people's mind, people's subconscient mind in a dangerous way becasue there is no easy exit.  When a person has accepted him as having any type of authority in their lives is very difficult to regain freedom of MIND.

He talks to your mind, the heart thing is plain BS!

You will have to deal with the frustration of wanting to wake your parents up and you may succeed, but my advice, think of yourself first.

Your parents cannot be truthful to themselves having been programmed to think as they do. Their capacity to use good logic was lost down the road.  People begin to THINK just like he wants you to. Love them and avoid the subject.

As Jim pointed, continue thinking Rawat tell you life is beautiful but criticises EVERYTHING, he puts down everything and that is how the confusion is created IN YOU by him and you see him as a CHARISMATIC guy knowing something worth listening.  He knows something well and that is how to attract vulnerable people.  Are you one of them?  are you willing to give YOU to a guy like him?

You are not missing anything.  You were born with all you need.  Run from Rawat.   He is a very evil man, in my opinion, he is very aware of the tactics he uses to trap people in his cult of ADORATION and "laughs all the way to the bank", oops, sorry, he has servants who do that.

Best of luck to you!
