What you call CHARISMA is simply a well orchastrated, studied gig.Yes, I know, and that fascinates me, and scares me. Politicians use it too, and politicians have a lot of power.
I find anarchism a very useful belief system for understanding the world, because by defining power structures as bad it focusses your attention on the creation and use of power, both on a state/organisational/societal and on a personal/social level; being aware of the role of charisma in interpersonal relationships allows one to understand a huge heap of popular culture. Watch what happens at parties from a disconnected observer viewpoint and you'll see what I mean.
