They are not allowed to talk about the experiences they have in meditation. They are not allowed to discuss the meditation techniques. They are not allowed to declare Prem Rawat as the Messiah. They are discouraged from talking about how much they love and depend on Prem Rawat. Oldtimers can't discuss their shared past because Rawat and Elan Vital have rewritten it.
