Will it ever happen? I don`t think so. Surely no one would dare to set one up for fear of  inviting the wrath of God. How can premies discuss freely among themselves the true nature of the self when the master`s voice is their only authority and doubt and dissent is not permitted. That is the dilemma guru followers face and it means they are paralysed by fear. I speak from direct experience.

The term student implies one who is on a path toward graduation does it not ?

Seems to me the only way to graduate in Maharaji`s Knowledge is to get out of the school and leave the `master`. I guess he`ll still try to take credit for that though !
