Let us allow that premies are deleriously happy, genuinely and mindlessly optimistic, dynamic and happy folks, to the last little slave-boy or girl. For the sake of clarity, that is not my experience of premies. I find them mostly apathetic and foggy, startlingly ignorant about the world, and almost incapable of conversation (except about "me", "me", "me" and, just for a change "M"). But for the sake of argument, let us imagine that drinking Rawat's wine of delusion actually does deliver the goods of peace, contentment and happiness.
So what? Are you really trying to argue that a deluded intoxication is a great Good, to which we should all aspire? That if ignorance is bliss, 'tis folly to be wise? I am sure Rawat would agree, but I don't. I would rather live in Truth, than close my mind to the possibility of understanding the world.
So even if premies can be happy in their foolishness and ignorance, I just don't find their choice particularly worthwhile. Why dazzle yourself staring at the sun when you can gaze into the workings of the universe?
