It's called a jail cell, if laws have been broken.  If laws haven't been broken (which would likely be extremely rare in the case of most cults), then who cares if "cult leaders" have problems or not?  They should get what they give, which is nothing of any use, whatsoever. (read that: no help)

I do love the idea of placing them in a room and requiring that they listen to recordings of their meaningless clap-trap 24/7 for a few years.  If that doesn't drive them mad, surely they will be cured of their affliction.

I vote for jail cell, though!
