Isn't this one of those common arguments we've all had where someone criticizes someone else for doing something wrong but, when pressed for an alternative, can't give one?  How can you say I'm doing something wrong if you can't show how to do it right? 

Jonx is still around.  Why don't you just talk with him yourself and show us what you think is a more "productive" approach?  Don't forget, the measure of how "productive" you are will be in the results.  So please, show us how you can get Jonx to discuss things without merely "reacting".

On the other hand, if you really do "always fail to deliver when ... asked to be specific, like a 'detailed alernative dialogue'." you might want to look at that.  It's easy to criticize, isn't it?
