I asked her where she heard this. She indicated that it is common knowledge in Nepal and India, and she heard it by word of mouth from other Asian premies.  The way she explained it, it seems very apparent that the rumor is propagated in order to explain Rawat's disrespectful behavior towards his mother. Meaning, it gives Rawat a carte blanche and casts suspicion on his "step" mother.

Thanks for letting me air this rumor. It is another example of how the truth is bent by premies who are eager to lie about Rawat's history, for the sole purpose of gaining new recruits.
