I'm not sure what the Donner issue was about but there is very little opportunity for UK premies to undertake any kind of 'business coup' where ownership of assets could be claimed from Rawat.
The primary UK organisation is a registered charity and that means all it's assets must be applied to charitable purposes - any other use is fraudulent or actual theft from the organisation (not Rawat). It is conceivable that activities related to Visions Int. and/or Eversound do not go through the Charity's books and represent some kind of private business activity, though I think that is unlikely in the current climate. The only other operation, is that related to the SEVA ownership, I've got one attested report of a large cash transaction happening at the SEVA owned Swiss House property - whether the Swiss House residents(servants) or other insiders have actual involvement in any current business operations I also doubt.
One of the saddest things for me to learn was how Glen, who I'd always considered to be the assurance of EVs probity, had allowed his moral stance to be compromised following the Jagdeo revellations. Though I guess his were also feet of clay because back in 74 he was instumental in developing the farce of having premies believe that DLM was buying the Swiss House property - although DLM UK was active in collecting the money to lease the property, now worth several £million, it was eventually bought by the privatel owned SEVA Corp.
