Knowledge is to the premie as cigarettes are to

That was just such a weird post. Many of the same thoughts went through my head when I read it. I even thought "hope" was a weird thing to say. Take away their hope....wasn't K supposed be the thing that PROVED itself? This whole idea of taking away the "hope" of the poor premies and offering no replacement is bizzare. Like Pat said- a better analogy would be Santa Claus. But what he did say was telling- Cigarette smoking- a nasty habit that will kill you, the habit provides little real pleasure but people cannot stop because it is a powerfully addictive substance and taking away those smokes is like living without K?  Whoa- is he really Pauline Premie or something? Maybe an ex got Jonx's password?

No- no ex would have made that nasty list at the end that seemed like a veiled threat.
