I faced up to all the doubts I had about M. Life is a lot more peaceful when you don't have to live with constant rationalisation.

It's costly and takes a lot of courage, but it's the route to real peace. You'd be amazed at how good it feels, and not just because the conflicts drop away. Integrity is its own reward.
