The previous two responses to you say much of how I feel as well.  He told the world and the media one thing and he told his premies and fed his own media machine something entirely else.  For example, he did not tell Merv Griffin on national TV what he told premies at programs or put in his pr material.  If he did, I doubt he would have been invited to speak before Congress or received any keys to any cities. 

But really, the honest answer to you is really:

YOU DO TOO KNOW WHAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT!

WORDS ON PAPER IS WHAT YOU SHOWED US.
