If I knew a carpenter and I referred him to you because you needed some woodwork done and he was supposed to be a very good carpenter, you would appreciate it, right?  OK, so you strike up a relatuonship with that carpenter and hope for the best....

What if that carpenter made passes at your female family members and one of his helpers actually messed with your kids?

What if that carpenter got loaded and hit a kid in the neighborhood on a supply run and one of his helper's took the fall when the police arrived?

What if that carpenter and his helpers started telling everyone in the neighborhood that he is the only real carpenter on the planet and if they want any hope of a quality job they have to go to him?  And they even put posters up all over the place about him?

What if....all those things I mentioned and then some....would it really matter to you if the guy knew how to drive a nail or not?  Would you want him or his helpers in your home or anywhere near your family, even if he changed his trip on the outside, could you ever trust him after all that?

And as for me, how could I ever refer him to anyone else, knowing what I know, without being heartless to my friends and acquaintances for doing so?

Same goes for dentist, butcher, baker, candlestick maker, doctor, teacher, lawyer, you name it.  You can imagine all the scenarios, I am not going to write it all out.

One might think that if the Lord Himself incarnated, or just even one of His most humble servants, that person would hold himself to a higher standard than the average human being.

He received the highest qualtiy clothes, food, homes, travel lodgings, aircraft, cars, liquor, smoke, you name it.  He got those finest things because he subliminally suggested to us all that he was GOD incarnate, and we bought it.

Was it too much to hope for his highest back as a person, and I don't mean the big K?  Now that he has come off his throne and is merely a motivational speaker, I wonder if he is any more genuine with his students than he was with us old timers.

I mean, look at it.  He claimed to the media that he was just a humble servant of God. and meanwhile he indoctrinated us to believe that he was truly the Lord in form.  And you know the old saying 'actions speak louder than words'?

From his actions, if even towards a few percentages out of the total (for numbers don't matter here, 'how you treat the least of your brethren is how you treat me' -JC , those actions and words were not the actions and words of a humble servant, but more like someone who thinks he's God.
