I did something similar about showing off about being in a cult. I don't know if you found this but I found it really attracted the other ex's from other groups. Like in one group I said "I bet you didn't know I lived in an ashram for 4 years." another woman said "I bet you didn'y know I was in an ashram for 7 years." So we had a good chat and I had further exited MJ than she had her mob.

I've also had interesting chats with ex-jesuits etc who have gone through similar things in leaving and trying to take value from re-integrating their lives
