so back to my comment about it being too much tv - that was based on my own experience where I got frightened of psychopaths and had to stop watching detective stories.  Improved things a lot but you know come to think of it it was a few weeks ago and though I didn't know it at the time there was an environmental reason to be feeling a bit disturbed in that a highly narcissistic individual was living in my tenant's flat while she was away. 

I dismissed my sense of anxiety as caused by the detective shows and I must admit I'm still not watching them but that wasn't smart at all.  The next thing you know my tenant is back, I am thinking oh dear, this very nice woman is worried about her boyfriend and only her van to sleep in, she needs sanctuary and invite her in to sleep in my studio for a few days....  within seconds she is moving in on me like a steamroller but she is such a nice talker, ridiculously nice all my concern evaporates only to return overnight.  well after a couple of nights of that I go down and say sorry this just isn't working out and I need you to leave... I don't know whether to be cross with myself for getting taken in again or pleased with myself for dealing with it so promptly.

which brings me back to your concerns.  It would be nice to think you could just stop watching the tv and yes it will probably be better but also Trump really is stalking the land.  I hope it gets better after the election.

How sTrump can cheat is also dwindling. My sister lives in Philadelphia. She had been depressed, not sleeping etc until this week. The polls are swinging so hard to Blue, she's not even worried about  the GOP stealing Pennsylvania.  TRUMP IS LOSING OHIO!!!!

I live in the NC infamous 11th Congressional district, home of former Rep Marc Meadows (now sTrump's chief of staff). This is a heavily Gerrymandered district favoring GOP. The Democratic candidate Moe Davis is now leading!!!!!

I believe the Democrats will win President, Senate and keep the House. The BIG question is will they be able to initiate the big reforms needed  to bring true change and keep real Democracy a possibility. 

I'd like to do a walkabout, but with the pandemic I've determined it's too risky. Better stick close to home is my thought.

I can't even go for a walk in the woods because of the bad air quality from all the fires in California. Basically, I'm trapped indoors. And it's been over one month. I did manage to get a couple of hikes in last week when we had good air, but the bad air is back again.
