When I was buying the land, I asked about my liabilities. I was told I might get sued if a branch fell on someone, but if the forest burned and spread through the neighbourhood it would be regarded as an act of God. I was reassured that there had never been forest fires in the area anyway. So no floor cleaning for me, because I apparently have non flammable trees. 
Otherwise, obviously, sweep up!
