"Broadway actor Nick Cordero’s condition is going “a little downhill” after almost two months of battling the coronavirus, his wife said on Instagram on Wednesday."

"Cordero, 41, went to an emergency room on March 30 with coronavirus symptoms, his wife said in a previous post, and he was intubated on April 1."

"He has been on a ventilator since, and has suffered an infection that caused his heart to stop, two “mini strokes,” septic shock and a partial leg amputation on April 18, according to his wife. He is being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles."

thank you for the laugh - I needed it.   It's been a rough few days nursing my cat and myself through a flu.  I was okay but it affected her really badly.  still she is better now, tucking into a second dinner.  Neither of us have lost any legs.

Mind you neither of us were sneezing much.  Really it was just the sniffles for me - and looked similar for her, but I don't recall ever seeing her laid so low before, she was just lying there for two days and then finally she had a drink of water and then wobbled outside to throw up.

she's a sweet little cat and she's getting on a bit but she's plenty bouncy now, I don't think it was her age, I think it was the flu was that bad for her.

You can't be certain when it comes to these microscopic things,  anything could be happening and I'm sure it is but I do think we caught the same bug.
