Come on! These pipelines are very sturdy and reliable. And I don't think this spill was near a river or other water that is used for agriculture or people's drinking water.
SAFE, it's SAFE - repeat after me - SAFE.
The leak comes four days before Nebraska officials are scheduled to vote on whether to approve a 275-mile-long extension of the project through the state. State approval is needed after President Donald Trump revived the project, called Keystone XL, even though it had been rejected by the Obama administration.
We've always said it's not a question of whether a pipeline will spill, but when, and today TransCanada is making our case for us," said Kelly Martin, director of the Sierra Club's "Beyond Dirty Fuels" campaign.

The other way of doing it is by train, & haven't quite a few of those blown up in inconvenient places over the last few years?
Of course people who object to fossil fuels could live in the dark & walk everywhere to set an example to the rest of us.

Pat, I think in your cavalier way you've oversimplified this issue in order to come up with a clever, but superficial, response about living in the dark.
I'm sorry, but the Keystone XL pipeline issue is a little more complex than that. Why don't you Google it and find out more about it?

Not that he’ll ever read them or know what they say or be able or willing to discuss them, forget about intelligently, ANY way.

Describe yourself for a change. What would you say? Describe how you engage in discussion. How to do address opinions you disagree with. How do you argue?

I don't think it is. I think you're just trying to insult me some more.
So, no thanks, Jim. I don't want to play your twisted game today.
