There you have it! Putin tells the Trumpster, the great deal maker, that he, Putin, did not meddle in the 2016 Presidential election.
"He said he didn't meddle. He said he didn't meddle. I asked him again. You can only ask so many times," Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One as he flew from Da Nang to Hanoi in Vietnam. Trump spoke to Putin three times on the sidelines of summit here, where the Russia meddling issue arose.
"Every time he sees me, he says, 'I didn't do that,'" Trump said. "And I believe, I really believe, that when he tells me that, he means it."

I don't know why more people aren't reading this forum to get their daily news and facts. We are fair and balanced and we settle issues quickly with authority.
Should we take the next logical step and confirm that there was NO COLLUSION?
After all, President Trump is knocking them out of the park right now with his excellent memory and very high IQ.
Oh, I need to add that President Trump is good with words, too. I mean GREAT with words and talking. He doesn't sound like a 6th grader at all anymore.

I have already seen that there was NO COLLUSION in caps. So yes, I do think that confirms it. He didn't say there was no collusion did he? See the difference? So, that's it. That, and Putin said so, three times. Enough already.

That maverick, John McCain, is complaining again about the Trumpster. Damn, just when we thought we put this issue to bed.
"President Trump today stated that he believed Vladimir Putin is being sincere when he denies Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and reiterated that he hopes to cooperate with Russia in Syria," McCain, a strong critic of the President, said in a statement. And McCain keeps talking about the Trumpster's bone spurs that kept him from going to Vietnam. Come on, man, do you know how painful bone spurs are? Besides, you are not a hero because you stupidly got captured when they shot your plane down. You should have flown better and not got shot down. Simple. SAD.

The weird unreality of all this is beyond comprehension. Does it matter....I'd say absolutely not, except to an America determined for some reason to tear itself apart, it has zero interest for the rest of the world.
Meanwhile real stuff is happening. You'll remember of course that back in 1945, the King of Saudi Arabia had a 20 minute meeting with Roosevelt on a warship in the Red sea, during which the King said he was prepared to ditch his previous protectors, the British, as not being up to the job anymore, in favour of the new kid on the block, the US.
The latest iteration of that backward medieval monarchy, a 32 yr old hard man, has just done the same thing again.
He's switched from the US to China.

The only actual meddling I'm aware of is Hillary and the DNC hiring Christopher Steel through Fusion GPS to in turn hire Kremlin spies to put together a bullshit dossier which was leaked to the friendly, eager liberal media and used to get warrants to spy on Trump and his campaign. Dems and the media now lie saying that the dossier was never leaked but it was. That's a lie. It was. And that is the real meddling - Kremlin operatives paid to help concoct this bullshit dossier. What about that?

I'm not even going fork this thread to discuss the dossier. Heck, Jim, even you know that the Republican's were the first to pay for that effort.
The topic of this thread is the Trumpster speaking about Putin telling him that Putin didn't meddle and that the Trumpster believed him and then the Trumpster walked it back a bit saying that he does believe in the US intelligence agencies that very clearly have indicated that they know that the Russians meddled.
Or, Jim, do not believe what the US intelligence agencies have stated about Russian meddling?
Again, that and what Trump is saying is the topic here. Ok? You're doing that deflection thing again. Don't look here. Look over there.

The Washington Free Beacon paid for some opposition research. They did not pay for the dossier. That came after.
What Trump says isn't that important. What matters is that, as I said, the only actual meddling we know of is the dossier and how it was leaked and used to get spurious warrants. You'll see.

Trump behaves like a narcissistic two year old who thinks the world revolves around him. Problem is, it's normal for two year old toddlers to believe the world revolves around them and they grow out of that developmental stage.
Problem is, Tump is 70 and he's the prez of the U.S.
I think the Clintons are narcissistic pigs too. If and when the time comes, I'd like to see them investigated, too. Plus, we don't know the extent of what Mueller is investigating. I've admired how much he's kept his investigations close to the vest. I hope he nails everybody.

Cynthia, I don't even know where to start. Obama, in my mind, brought shame and weakness to the US. His apology tour, his racial grievance incitements, his general evasive bullshit and dithering. Just now we learn that he hid half a million Bin Laden documents to prevent the truth of Al Qaeda's ties with Iran from emerging and interfering with the whole cloth fabrication that Ben Rhodes laughed to the New Yorker about concocting with Obama to fool the American people. Obama was the asshole who pretended that Benghazi was a spontaneous protest about a Youtube video so that he could promise the OIC at the UN General Assembly that there was no place in the world for anyone who'd dare slander Muhammad.
