he has absolutely nothing to say?

I honestly think he has nothing to say, but can't stop running around trying to say something...

He wouldn't know what to do with himself if he stopped the charade...

He takes a few simple points that could be made in a minute or two, and stretches them into a 45 minute talk....he's gotta have some long stretches of silence in there to make it work...and to make it look like he's spouting off something profound...
