I've just come across this note which makes it seem that local communities had to pay for Knowledge Sessions being held. If this is true, was your contribution based on how many aspirants you got to the door? In which case the more successful you were in propagation, the more expensive it was or if you just made a cost per area then you were paying extra for other areas' poor success in propagation.

So when was the term 'propagation' dropped?

What was it replaced with?
