I did not attend any of the trainings but got a glimpse of the type of atmosphere that you are describing so well Bob. Between 2000 and 2006 I was on a trajectory of increased cult involvement - volunteering to do more and definitely an active premie and getting invited to more things. At one meeting the effect of Valerio's arrival on the general atmosphere was a bit like Darth Vader entering the room to represent the wishes of the Emperor. It was light and friendly - and then it wasn't. The funny thing was that coming from the real corporate world the whole Elan Vital operation just looked like some weird copy -- someone's imagination of how an efficient corporate might operate - but actually with no idea -- and of course no pay  .Well they say the fish rots from the head ...
