First, Thank you for your supportive words on my articles. I appreciate that. Now on to your question.  that while Knowledge has dramatically benefited many"    My experience from speaking to many people over the past 50 years is the practice of meditation has benefited them. It's benefited me. And, all I did was sit quietly and go within, alot. Forget about Prem for a minute. the research on any form of meditation is well documented.  When you do it consistently over time, it works.  And, you know, we all see things differently.
