Such as? Like who? Give me an example of a "true teacher".

Many people ARE grateful to their teachers. Perhaps many more should be. The difference between the teacher who taught me the alphabet and Maharaji is that the teacher who taught me the alphabet taught me how to spell "love", taught me how to spell "peace", Maharaji taught me how to experience love, how to experience "peace".

The gratitude I feel is gratidude for my existence, gratitude for the experience of being alive (something which I did not feel very much before I received Knowledge). I do not have to see, hear, think about or imagine Maharaji to feel that gratitude, I just have to be aware of my "self" in the way Maharaji showed me. Some people feel they can do the same without Maharaji's help - that's fine, good luck to them - but I'm definitely not one of those people. I have voluntarily chosen to accept Maharaji's teachings and guidance and inspiration. No-one has forced me. Maharaji never said that I must feel gratitude towards him before I could receive Knowledge, or before I could receive and continue to receive his guidance. On the contrary, it took a long time for me to really feel gratitude towards Maharaji, though I found it a lot easier to feel gratitude towards the life within me from the day I received Knowledge.

There would be a lot of confusion if premies started to teach others what Maharai has taught them. We're just not qualified to lead people from darkness to light! We simply haven't got the ability to do what Maharaji does. Anyone can teach the simple techniques - and there are some other people who do that - but Maharaji teaches a lot more than simple techniques.
