Too bad for Rawat, but he really is an inspirational speaker. His particular style of speech and the affirmations that he provides are attractive to certain people (those who can stand the banality). His talks are always roughly an hour long. The "feeling" that is arroused is perfectly natural and I have felt it by listening to premies at nightly satsang, or at church, or after a movie, or a walk in the woods, or a museum, or sitting quietly by myself, and by catalysts that are far too numerous to name.
