Yeah and you gotta remember your breath. I'm thinking, thank goodness we DON'T have to remember our breath every minute 'cause most of us would be dead. Real dead. Maybe the system was designed that way, rawat, to keep human beings alive. You can actually forget your breath and I think it is to be assumed that you will. Imagine having to walk around saying or thinking, "Whoa, time for another breath....Wow, time for another one again.....Oops, almost forgot that one.....Jeez, this is boring!" Yep. we'd be real dead. No, I say forget about your breath and your endocrine system and lymphatic system and blood circualtion and heart beating and kidneys filtering the blood and the liver doing what it does and sweat glands cooling the body down and so on. Did rawat hit on the 'breath' thing as a fear tactic? Most of are truly afraid of stopping breathing. It sometimes seems to be that rawat is using the whole breath thing as a very subtle but powerful control method. He's not the only one who rattles on about breath, but he's the one I've heard say it and so is, to me, the most annoying. Oh, yeah, and you have to take "one breath" at a time. No kidding? I keep trying to take about ten of those suckers so I can stock up, you know? Then I figure if I got ten or so breaths ahead, I could give it a rest. It just doesn't work. Maybe I'm not doing it right. Since the directive is "one breath", is there an alternative and I just missed it? Anybody help me on that one?
