I've never seen Rawat drink, get stoned, drive over pedestrians, protect padeophiles or any of the other well-attested scandalous behaviours you accept as being immaterial.

What I want to warn people about is the lie at the basis of Rawat's business. While meditating using any accepted technique provides minor benefits to some people Rawat has no power to reveal anything special or inspire anybody who hasn't been convinced he has some special power. After up to 30 years of practising Knowledge premies have yet to show any observable effects in their lives from the much claimed inner peace. They do show all the effects of cult belief in a bogus leader who also shows a venal shallow vulgarity and whose face and fat shown all the signs of dissipation and none of any inner peace.

Caveat emptor. You cannot believe premies' claims about Rawat and their so-called "Knowledge". They should be warned that the so-called simple process of learning about this knowledge and preparing for it is an attempt at coercive persuasion popularly called "brainwashing". Everything that need to be understood about this Knowledge can be taught in 5 to 10 minutes and the months of listening to the DVDs is required so that the drop out rate will only be large rather than total.

It's much like advising children to be careful crossing the street but as very few people have any knowledge of or interest in Rawatism it behooves those of us who do and have to pass that information on to those who come after us.

It's that simple.
