If not, you are not looking at it openly ,using your analytical intellect but rather simply trying to justify a cult and finding something ( phew! ) that fits in with the party line ( obeying the "leave no room for doubt in your mind" straitjacket ).Doubt will set you free, Bill.You've no idea how pathetic your comments seem to someone who has utterly been there and knows exactly the mindset from which your narrow minded judgements emanate.

I used to do exactly the same as you.....desperately search for the proof to a false set of beliefs to make myself feel better about it all.
