Here's my consolation. I never believed in Rajneesh. Didn't get involved at Waco. Stopped with the Santa thing by the time I was 8. Never went to church on Sunday. I would never bow to the Queen or the Pope. I have never cared which football team won or lost. I never bought a pension plan, paid for life insurance, considered a career. I never judged myself by the car I drove. Didn't mind if the grass got too long on the lawn. I get a laugh out of astrology, homeopathy, cranio-sacral whatever it is, and George Bush etc - it is a long list (sometime I too look for a lot of consolation!)

The world is full of suckers. If you didn't join Rawat's cult, which cult might you have joined? The anger is OK, but don't overdo it - it's a funny old world. Maybe you paid a lot of money to DLM - well, some people have paid a lot into their pension plan and get very little back, their endowment mortgage, their broken marriage, whatever. They believed in that at the time. Their life was precious too.

Don't judge yourself against some imagined perfect life. People are stuck into some strange beliefs (I am thinking of ALL religion!).
