I raise my hand, because I did have Answer A for that question. But I also think that Answer B is correct as well. Answer B describes the campaign started in 2004 to try to "legitimize" Prem Rawat in the public eye. This interview does not mention charity work, (of course they wouldn't admit it in print), but it certainly fits in with the other components of the public relations campaign that they do openly admit to.
