Do you experience this in meditation Em-path-ee ?

I had a warm and love- infusing feeling ( and still have it even though I've called Rawat names on this forum)  but in all the over 30 years I was a premie I never experienced anything like the person you quote did.In fact I found it a waste of time doing " nectar" and " music" tecniques on the other hand the Holy Name one ( the breath) always worked for me.

In those days , when premies were still allowed to talk about their meditation experience in satsang I think that a lot of self-delusion and bragging went on.We believed it all ( against our better judgement) as we had been told to leave no room for doubt in our minds and that Maharaj Ji was the Lord ( therefore I didn't " judge" premies- like Jesus said- and tended to trust what they said ). I am not saying that the premies lied necessarily on purpose, it was just all part of the hype and delusion, and for the most part we were young and had already sacrificed a lot and we so much wanted it to be true.
