I really cannot believe that the mods deleted that post. Are you sure it's not a mistake? Some threads were accidentally deleted recently. If that post was deleted deliberately, I find that very, very worrying.

I think it was a totally misguided, shallow and stupid decision to do that.

And I feel angry about it too!! I enjoyed reading that post yesterday, and I wanted to re-read it this morning. Thanks for posting in on Sir Dave's. Thank goodness there's somewhere for these things to go, but that situation shouldn't have arisen in the first place. I am going to copy and paste this poste on to Sir Dave's too, just in case this is deleted.

I read that post yesterday and it had me laughing out loud! I found it really, really funny! I enjoy being able to read humour and satire here. It breaks up the intensity (and sometimes monotomy) of serious discussions. And when so few people are posting, I welcome being able to read something here that is entertaining, as well clever.

I am not happy to accept that this open, public forum, has mods whose duty is to keep abuse and bad language off this forum, who then extend their "powers" into censorship.

Plain CENSORSHIP that denies regular readers like myself the enjoyment and benefit of A1 posts like yours Mahatmaji.

If the mods carry on like, I will stop reading. How many more people will the mods alienate and drive away from this place? It's not the thriving forum it was 2 years ago when I first started reading here.

I think the mods should seriously re-examine their decision making.

I can live without that post here. I can read it on Sir Dave's. What worries me is that they did this in the first place.
