You seem to be sounding too much like the victim here.

You were also endowed with your very obvious intellectual and emotional capabilities.

Use them as your natural given right to ground yourself, and to see many humans around you as what they are - faulted humans, from whom you may have drawn various things at a certain point.

You have to be capable yourself of taking a sound over-view from a belief in your sound intuition, intelligence and conscience.

Use these gifts, and you are always on sound ground.

It is my belief that the universe is always teaching us good lessons. Learn from what you receive from now on. And forget the past, as some load.

Talk about Maharaji, sure, but remember - he will receive his own natural karma over time.

The future belongs to us all, and the universe is on your side, as a sustaining friend.

Forgive me if I'm wrong in what I'm saying to you, but I went from your heading that we're a pitiable lot, whereas most people here seem not to be so pitiable at all, but rather the opposite, as they seem to be confronting their past and making quite a reasonable job of it.
