Sure.For example, I have posted in the past that most of the premies that I know are quite normal and normally happy people who fit into their society as well as their neighbours. People like Joe and Jim Heller insist that this is not true and begin long and tedious arguments attempting to refute every word of my simple statement and "prove" that I am mistaken. Even mild-mannered Mike Finch insisted on redefining "happiness" to prove that they couldn't be "really" happy. And this re people that I have known for years and J & J have never met.
I have seen this sort of verbal attack done to people with a less robust sense of their self worth who decide to no longer contribute to the Forum because of what they perceive as abusive and intemperate attacks on them (verbal only of course). If someone thinks that meditation techniques as shown to people who follow Rawat have some worth then as far as I am concerned they should feel free to say that without being badgered to change their opinion. I do not believe they have any worth but while I may disagree I do not think every pont has to be argued to the death.
