That is how I would describe his behaviour. I would also say he had been very dishonest and by doing so undermined not only his efforts in exposing Rawat - although the facts he saw published remain unchallenged - but also of course that makes him equally unreliable as 'witness for the cult'.

My strongest criticism of John however is that whether by fault or design he has caused far too much discussion on F8 to be about John MacGregor instead of about Rawat and his cult.

I still don't think any of the above means that John deserves insult on this forum.
