The wording of this affadavit is very careful, and much of it reflects personal viewpoint rather than factual content, but #12 is false and I can't see how John would have agreed to sign on that one.  When John  wrote his final post to this forum, he certainly did not recant a single factual item in his article.

#12 states that the newspaper magazine article that John wrote was based on no evidence of wrongdoing.  Wrong.   The article contains several reports of wrongdoing for which there is eye-witness evidence that could be easily brought to court.   John knows that.  And so does the cult.  One example is the hit and run incident.

This document amounts to legalized blackmail of John by the cult and its lawyers.  It is very disgusting.  I am sorry to see that there are lawyers who are willing to earn their money in this despicable manner.
