I'm not a psychologist - and I can't and won't advise anybody. I'll only say what you already know: it's (it can be) a difficult time.

And like in any difficult situation in life, things can go better, or worse, depending on how you face it, depending on your personal idiosyncrasies, and the help you get. For some people, major changes are a new start in life, for better, worse or anything else.

As far as I am concerned, I feel much better with time, much closer to what I really am and what I've always been. I guess that through what I'd now call a bad experience, I got the opportunity to understand more about humanity - mine and other peoples'.

Leaving this cult can be a fantastic opportunity ...... but I won't say it's always fun !!
