Lack of trust and respect (Why: Don't feel part of the team)
Unsynchronized team (Why: Job not well done)
Stress and pressure (Why: Losing the feeling and job not done)
Stop enjoying

Group 2:
Unconsciousness and irresponsibility (Why: Dangerous to him & his work)
Bad management and planning (Why: Stress, inefficiency, waste of people and money)
Lack of respect for self and others (Why: No team, compromises quality, creates limitations)
Bad communication (Why: Slow down, chaos)
Taking on too much (Why: Burnout, irresponsibility, affects quality)

Group 3:
Lack of respect and trust (Why: Destroys feeling and work)
Poor and late communication and briefing (Why: Inefficiency)
Lack of synchronization (Why: Time pressure, confusion, wasted effort)
Lack of preparation and planning (Why: Unable to please him; poor results)
Lack of delegation (Too many hats; too much to do)

Group 4:
Compromising and displeasing M
Loss of synchronization (Why: Inefficient)
Unconsciousness/fear/inhumanity (Why: Limits)
Lack of trust/respect for self/others
No planning/strategy

Losing focus on M (Why: Making errors that affect and displease him)
