As BooBoo mentioned... be patient.Another word for meditation may be concentration. Focus your attention on anything and you are 'meditating'. Ever read a good book that captured you completely? Ever see a TV show or movie that kept you spellbound? Ever stared into your lover's eyes and were mesmerized?
What was that experience? Did you feel good? Did you have a sense of PEACE? Were you oblivious to your surroundings?
I will assume that at these times your "bio rythems" would display elevations of hormones that result in relaxation.
Yes...you too can be a realized soul! Just enjoy it and try to prevent the urge to compare yourself with others or adopt 'the grass is greener' philosophy!
