Rawat has everything materially he might want. The only thing he lacks is honor and respect in the world at large. He will never get this respect because he's a repulsive little jerk running a weird, tiny cult.I had a lengthy conversation with a religious editor at one of Miami's big newspapers trying to get them to do a story. Bottom line: the reporter's boss was not interested in a has-been cult leader whose haydays were in the seventies. JUST NOT NEWSWORTHY.
Rawat is spinning his wheels as for as gaining new followers. Now it's all just window dressing for the old premies, especially the lifers with big money who want to be able to show their friends and families that they aren't really in some funky little cult, but rather, important members in an important world wide peace movement with an important and respected leader.
It's a fantasy that will never, ever happen.
