When we get access to the scrupulously maintained records of DLM/DUO/EVinc/EV(UK) etc, etc, (sorry about the sarcasm, but when you come from a country where the Queen is actually a woman,it's a difficult thing to sidestep..)then I'm sure we'll find that there weren't all that many premies from those countries to begin with.
