Recently some posts have mentioned Charles Glasser in respect of legal action by Elan Vital. Although I've not mentioned this before, I thought it was time to relate an incident that occurred shortly after the copyright complaint against EPO in 2003. After EV declined to take the matter to federal court, I wrote about the matter to the General Manager of EV. I received a reply from their lawyers, Stroock, Stroock and Lavan (specifically Deborah Drooz) saying that all communication from me to EV should be via Stroock. The letter was a word document of which page 3 included this:-

"bcc: Charles Glasser, Esq."

Charles Glasser does not appear to work for Stroock, and does not appear to be an officer for Elan Vital, but here is correspondence regarding the copyright complaint from Elan Vital to the hosts of ex-premie.org being blind copied to Charles.

Perhaps Charles would like to explain his involvement.

BTW, I hope the clerk who accidentally included this page in the email he sent me does not get reprimanded. It was an easy mistake to make.

John.
